Your order will typically be delivered within 3–4 working days.

Your order confirmation email includes details such as the Delivery Tracking Number, the delivery company. You can track your order using the provided tracking number and carrier information.

Returns & Exchanges

2.1 How can I return my item and get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase. Banks may take 3–4 additional days to display the funds in your account.

2.2 Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are only available for defective products. If your item is faulty, please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
