DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy

At Aljaira, we respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We maintain the following copyright infringement procedure and reserve the right to:

• Block access to or remove any material alleged to infringe copyright from our website or services.
• Terminate accounts or access for repeat offenders who unlawfully reproduce or distribute copyrighted material.

This Copyright Dispute Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service, and any terms used here that are not defined will have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure

If you believe that material available on or through our Services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you represent), please send a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to allow us to locate it (including URLs or specific location on the site).
4. A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Your contact details, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
6. A statement of accuracy, declaring under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• Notify the content provider that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
• Terminate access to our Services for repeat infringers.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was mistakenly identified as infringing, you may send us a Counter-Notice that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its previous location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any U.S. district court where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Once we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days.
