Shipping Policy

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before making a purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed with Aljaira. Because our items are custom produced, your total delivery time includes both a production window and transit.

1. Production Time

Because all orders are custom produced, items are typically produced within 5–10 business days before they ship. Production time does not include transit time.

2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs depend on your destination, order value, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Exact charges are calculated and shown on the checkout page. The transit estimates below are in addition to production time.

All transit times above are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary by destination and during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is produced and dispatched, you will receive an email with your order number and a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number and carrier information provided.

4. PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and handed to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that APO/FPO shipments can take up to 45 additional days to arrive, and once a package enters the military mail system, tracking stops updating for security reasons, so we can no longer provide tracking visibility.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Items shipping internationally from the US are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU); we do not collect VAT. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by the destination country's customs authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate potential charges.

If a package is returned to us because destination customs duties or taxes were not paid, any refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 20% handling fee.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the dispatch date (APO/FPO addresses excepted, as noted in Section 4), please contact our Customer Service team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find an appropriate solution — such as a free replacement or a refund — in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

A tracking status of "Delivered" does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement; where a package shows delivered but is not received, we review the carrier's findings and the circumstances first. If a package is returned to sender by the carrier through no fault of yours, we will reship it to your provided address at no additional charge.

7. Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
