Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@aljaira.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 131 Continental Dr Suite 305 Newark, DE, 19713 US.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@aljaira.com.

Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products, any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

  • What is your return policy? 

Because our products are custom printed, they will only qualify for refund if the product is flawed, if the low-quality printing is poor, or if the material/size of the product is different from the product presented on the site.

As advised, you should contact Customer Service within 15 days since the order is  delivered. Also, please provide us with some photos of the poor-quality products or damaged areas clearly.

Then, we will use this information to look into a replacement or offers to customers. Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

  • How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?

+ Items Damaged or Poor Quality:

We will reship the free replacement or total refund (exclude shipping cost) of the merchandise if the damaged product itself is our error. Please send us a photograph of the poor-quality products or damaged area. 

+ Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items:

If we ship the wrong product to you ,please send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items as customer's request.

If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item. In case, we need the shipping label received on the parcel, so please take a photo and send to us as quickly as possible.

+ I need help with a late order:

If the order has not arrived to you within 45 days since the order was placed, please contact Customer Service and we will have a check and offer a proper solution for you.

+ Package Returned To Sender:

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address.
