How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination, the number of items in your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Exact shipping charges will be calculated during checkout after you enter your shipping address.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Orders are produced within 5–10 business days since each item is custom-made. Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

I’m having issues choosing the right size.

How do I get a discount code?

We offer 10% off your first order when you sign up for our newsletter. If you haven’t received your code, contact support@aljaira.com, and we’ll help you get it.

After Placing the Order

How can I cancel my order?

Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

How can I modify my order?

We only allow address or size changes within 48 hours after placing the order.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We currently do not offer multiple address shipping in a single order. If you’d like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
